Community Liaison Team

The Community Liaison Team is a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals with a broad range of experience and expertise embedded within prominent community agencies to ensure the identification and prompt treatment of individuals requiring mental health services in Oakland County.

Community Liaison Team members are currently based at  the 51st District Court, Oakland County Community Corrections, 6th District Court, Department of Human Services (DHS) Pontiac Office, any Oakland County hospital, with patients requiring an Alternative Treatment Report or meeting the criteria for Assisted Outpatient Treatment (aka Kevin’s Law),  and the Oakland Integrated Health Network’s  Family Medicine Clinic.  For additional information, please contact Common Ground’s Resource & Crisis Helpline at (800) 231-1127.
