Graduated Apartment Program

Common Ground’s Graduated Apartment Program provides homeless adults 18-23, with housing subsidies and supportive services for up to two years.  The program is designed to reach each client where they are and help them develop a greater level of self-sufficiency, interpersonal skills and housing readiness.  Residents must maintain employment and an education plan.  To find out more about this program, call our 24-hour  Resource and Crisis Helpline at 800-231-1127.
