Graduated Apartment Program

Common Ground’s Graduated Apartment Program provides homeless adults 18-23 who are living with chronic mental illness, with housing subsidies and supportive services for up to two years.  The program is designed to reach each client where they are and help them develop a greater level of self-sufficiency, interpersonal skills and housing readiness.  Residents must maintain employment and an education plan.  To find out more about this program, call our 24-hour  Resource and Crisis Helpline at 800-231-1127.
