Other Ways to Give

Monthly Giving
By making a monthly pledge you can do even more to support our programs and services. A small gift every month can add up to a significant contribution to Common Ground. For example, a gift of just $10 per month can result in an annual gift of $120! For your convenience, many supporters prefer to sign up online using a credit or debit card.

Honor/Memorial Gifts
A gift in honor of, or in memory of a friend or loved one is a wonderful way to say you care while helping others. We will mail a personalized card notifying the individual or family you have chosen to remember.

Gifts of Stock
A gift of appreciated stock is an excellent way to make a gift while receiving tax benefits. Your broker can assist you in the transfer of stock to Common Ground and we will provide an acknowledgement of your gift for your tax records.

Life Income Gifts
Are you looking for a way to make a gift and still receive income from your assets? There are many ways to make a gift to Common Ground while generating income during your lifetime. Call Cheryl Rossman, director of Advancement and Donor Relations for more information.

Planned Giving
A Charitable Bequest is among the simplest and most-effective giving tools you can use to provide a lasting legacy. With a Charitable Bequest, you may leave a portion of your estate to Common Ground through a living trust or a will that could result in a significant tax savings for your estate and for your beneficiaries in the future. You may also leave a lasting legacy by naming Common Ground as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy, qualified retirement plan, or financial account.

In-Kind Gifts
In addition to financial contributions, Common Ground welcomes gifts of goods or services. A list of desired items can be found on our wish list below.
