What we do

For 40 years, Common Ground has been dedicated to helping youths, adults and families in crisis. The agency provides a lifeline for runaway and homeless youths, families in crisis, victims of crime, people with mental illness and others in critical situations.

Common Ground serves more than 40,000 individuals per year through various programs and is supported by state and federal grants and contracts, individual and corporate contributions, the Oakland County Community Mental Health Authority and United Way for Southeastern Michigan.
