Conditions

Feeling anxious? Hopeless? Depressed? Suicidal? If you’re in emotional distress, even if you don’t know why, same-day virtual visits are available. We can also support people who have run out of their antidepressants, mood stabilizers or other medications, or are experiencing side effects. (Medication needs are determined on an individual basis. No controlled substances are prescribed.)

Care

During your confidential meeting, you’ll talk with a compassionate clinician from a place that’s comfortable for you. Our team is expertly trained to offer:

  • Mental health assessments
  • Psychiatric evaluations
  • Short-term prescriptions
  • Intervention/therapy
  • Care coordination with ongoing health providers

Cost

The cost of Behavioral Health Urgent Care services are set by your health insurance, and we accept many major plans, including Blue Cross, Blue Care Network, HAP, Molina, Priority Health and Medicaid. In the days following your appointment, we will verify your benefits with your insurance company and bill them for the services you received. Most commercial health insurance plans will at least partially cover the cost of mental health services. However, if you have Medicaid, your visit is free. You will not be billed at the time of your visit or any time thereafter.

If you don’t have health insurance, you can choose to pay out of pocket. All appointments are capped at $89.

Convenience

We make it easy to get urgent mental health care. Instead of waiting days or even weeks to be seen by a primary care provider or therapist, schedule a same-day session with one of our experts. To use our telehealth platform, patients must have a smartphone or laptop with an internet connection and a valid email address, create an account (or log in to an existing one), and fill out a short questionnaire.
